We would like to thank Bayview Wellington at Victoria Village for the best experience we have had with customer service. The office staff handled all of our questions with a very friendly and helpful manner. No question is deemed unimportant. The service staff has gone above and beyond anything we have encountered in the many homes we have purchased. Recommending this location to our friends and family is very easy to do as our enjoyment is evident to all .

BW Sales Staff were such a great help from the start to finish. It was our first time building a house and they were with us all the way, letting us have our input on everything. We got our house exactly the way we wanted it. It was a great experience.

When we first started this process, we were very overwhelmed. However the Sales Office staff put us at ease. They were great and answered every one of our questions and let me tell you there was many. They were very personable and helpful every time something came up no matter how busy they were. It has been nearly four years since we built and they still remain close and dear to our hearts. They always wave or say hi. We feel as part of their home building family and not just another build.

For us, purchasing a new home at Niagara-on-the-Green was an excellent and advantageous idea. Our house truly reflects our taste and lifestyle. It would be difficult to replace the pleasure of living in a home that has all our preferences already in it.

We found in the region an in-depth selection of new homes to choose from as well as a variety of services available to us not too far away. In the end, deciding to purchase this house was not a very difficult decision to make. We marvelled at the materials and technology used to build our house.

We were also taken with the friendly neighbourhood, the open spaces not far away and opportunities to walk and cycle in safety.

The purchase price of our house was well within our budget, and we got far more house for our money than we ever imagined we would.

I purchased my home from Bayview Wellington in 2008 and love it more today than when I first held my keys! The staff at Bayview Wellington were extremely helpful and informative, from the first time I entered the sales office to look at the site plan, thrrough to my selection of finishes, to my closing date.

I am grateful for the strong relationship I have with the site staff, who respond to all of my questions or requests quickly, and always take the time to explain things fully to a first-time homeowner like me! at my Pre-Delivery Inspection, the site supervisor walked me through the entire house, explaining all its functions, and made a point to ask if I was totally comfortable with all the information before we left as he could see the overwhelm on my face! I appricate the patience and understanding I have always been shown.

My home is well-made; the few minor issues were all resolved by the site staff in a timely manner. I never have any hesitation to go to the sales office or site staff with any question, they are all friendly and helpful. They have made me feel that we're all in this together, a true comfort!

I would not hesitate to recommend Bayview Wellington to another buyer given the ongoing positive relationship I have enjoyed as on of their homeowners.
